CyberPaws currently ships to delivery addresses within the United States.
Standard Shipping costs $8.00. Qualifying orders of $70 or more receive free Standard Shipping. Express Shipping costs $15.00.
Free shipping applies only to the Standard Shipping method. The final shipping methods and charges available for your order will be displayed at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, holidays, and other operational factors.
Available delivery estimates may be displayed during checkout or provided in your shipping confirmation.
Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order ships.
Carrier tracking information may take some time to update after the package has been handed over to the shipping provider.
Delivery Delays
Weather conditions, holidays, carrier disruptions, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless specifically stated otherwise.
Address Accuracy

CyberPaws is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice an address error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible.
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking information shows an unusual delay or you believe your package may be missing, please contact the shipping carrier and also contact CyberPaws.
We will review the available shipment information and help determine the appropriate next step.
